As part of our tech-forward approach, we use Matterport Pro3 scanning to document existing conditions on our projects – allowing us to get faster and more accurate scans. We use these scans not only as photo documentation but also use point-cloud data to accurately 3D-model the existing building in Revit, our building modeling software. For architectural design services on an existing building, we include this service as part of our base scope.

Being able to revisit the space virtually during design saves time and resources and ensures we have the information we need when we need it.
