Permit Drawings

Permit Drawings are a basic set of drawings that meet the minimum requirements for obtaining a building permit - either for a change of use, alteration, addition, or new construction project. The set typically includes floor plans, elevations, sections, and a site plan. This does not include detailed construction drawings or finish selections. For projects requiring detailed construction drawings, bid packages, or finish selections, we recommend our full scope architectural and/or interior design services.
