ABOUT US
Although we are based in Oklahoma, we can service clients in Alabama in cities like Montgomery, the county seat of Montgomery. With a population of over 200,000, this is the City of Dreams, ideal for minority-owned businesses. The summers are hot, the mild winters, and the spring and autumns are warm. The rainfall in Montgomery is accompanied by thunderstorms that bring about tornadoes.
Montgomery is located along the Alabama River and has an extensive line of rail connections. Here is the Black Belt; popular crops are cotton, peanuts, and soybeans. Montgomery is still a regional distribution hub and a wide range of industries make for a diversified economy that has increased employment. In addition to farming, other high-employment sectors in Montgomery include business, government, healthcare, and manufacturing.
There are over 1,600 acres of parkland in Montgomery that the city parks department maintains and operate for families to enjoy the outdoors. Also under the management of the city parks department include 24 community centers, 2 golf courses, a skate park, 2 tennis centers, and 65 playgrounds, as well multiple baseball/softball fields and soccer fields.
Method Group was founded with the idea we could reimagine what an Architecture firm looks like. With a focus on collaborative coordination and an emphasis on the value of human capital - we're here for a better, kinder, more equitable approach.
As part of our digital-first focus, we utilize technology such as Matterport photo and laser-scanning to get accurate records of existing buildings and create a virtual way to access buildings and sites throughout a project. We also rely on cloud-based software and remote-capable hardware for all of our core functions. This allows us to be flexible and our team to work efficiently in a remote way - keeping us connected to projects, clients, and each other. Ultimately, this means a high level of responsiveness and engagement from our team.
