ABOUT US
Although our home office is in Oklahoma, we can service clients in Mobile, Alabama, the county seat of Mobile County. Mobile has a mild subtropical climate that brings in hot, humid summers and mild and wet winters. With a population of over 197,000, we are enjoying and living life in 180.1 square miles with 40.6 square miles of water included.
Mobile offers many avenues of culture, including the Mobile Museum of Art, which has permanent exhibits on approximately 95,000 square feet. These exhibits include the African and Asian Collection Gallery, Katharine C. Cochrane Gallery of American Fine Art, Altmayer Gallery of American art, and more.
Mobile's significant industries employing residents are aerospace, shipbuilding, steel, construction, medicine, retail, and manufacturing. Mobile's economy declined, and in the 1980s, it started a recovery period that brought over 13,000 jobs, with almost 90 new businesses being started and nearly 400 companies still in operation expanding.
Method Group was founded with the idea we could reimagine what an Architecture firm looks like. With a focus on collaborative coordination and an emphasis on the value of human capital - we're here for a better, kinder, more equitable approach.
As part of our digital-first focus, we utilize technology such as Matterport photo and laser-scanning to get accurate records of existing buildings and create a virtual way to access buildings and sites throughout a project. We also rely on cloud-based software and remote-capable hardware for all of our core functions. This allows us to be flexible and our team to work efficiently in a remote way - keeping us connected to projects, clients, and each other. Ultimately, this means a high level of responsiveness and engagement from our team.
