ABOUT US
Although our home office is in Oklahoma, we can service clients in Grand Island, Nebraska, the county seat for Hall County, with a population of over 53,000 as of the 2020 census. A four-time winner of All American City Award and is home to the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center. I80 South, U.S. Route 281 runs north-south within the city, and U.S. Route 30 runs east-west through the city's center.
Grand Island is derived from the French name "La Grande Ile," the large or great island in the Platte River. This island was formed by a narrow channel branching off the Platte River just under 30 miles upstream from the present-day city of Grand Island, then, 12 miles down, rejoined the main river.
Today, the oldest part of what was once a railroad town has been rebranded as the Railside entertainment district. You'll find luxury loft apartments, new businesses, and plenty of renovations, including antique stores. Today, there is a distinctly trendy look where outdoor concerts are held at the Railside Plaza.
Method Group was founded with the idea we could reimagine what an Architecture firm looks like. With a focus on collaborative coordination and an emphasis on the value of human capital - we're here for a better, kinder, more equitable approach.
As part of our digital-first focus, we utilize technology such as Matterport photo and laser-scanning to get accurate records of existing buildings and create a virtual way to access buildings and sites throughout a project. We also rely on cloud-based software and remote-capable hardware for all of our core functions. This allows us to be flexible and our team to work efficiently in a remote way - keeping us connected to projects, clients, and each other. Ultimately, this means our team's high level of responsiveness and engagement.
